Horrible! I ordered one box of tile three weeks ago. No one calls you back with answers. They didn’t ship it then it was lost and then they were closed and didn’t accept delivery. I still don’t have the tile! They are so rude and condescending I will never buy from here again.

I am very disappointed with my experience here at Old Country Tile. I came to the store with a sample tile that I loved but was on backorder in another store. Old Country Tile said they could get me the tile and they gave me a quote. It was approximately $2.00 more per square than the other store and although I was surprised that they wouldn't price match the tile for me, I was I love enough with the tile to pay a little more. TERRIBLE*** The "ladies" in this store are so rude and not helpful! I went to look for kitchen backsplash tile and nobody had the time of day to put in some effort to help me decide on what looked good with my granite countertop. Especially the woman with the short hair. Look for my review on yelp! I will never shop there again!
