Customer focused, professional and friendly team. We experienced an after hours hvac issue. From the time I reported it until repair professionals were on scene was a mind boggling ten minutes. Everything was repaired and operational in under 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing. Property was clean, modern, well furnished and very, very comfortable. My compliments to the team!

very pleasant experience We enjoyed a wonderful stay thanks to the excellent staff of Old Colony Realty. They were very efficient at check-in and check-out, and were always available to answer questions or fix problems. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again!
The staff was super friendly and accommodating but the house we rented was NOT what we expected. The pool was very dirty. We spoke to the pool man that cleans both pools at this property and he said it had been an on-going issue and stated “the last people that stayed here did a real number on the pool”. The home was not very clean! There was a dirty pair of underwear on the floor by the washing machine and all of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. RecommendedOld Colony was delightful to talk with over the phone and check-in and check-out was easy and quick. Very helpful staff! We stayed at Boston Commons 101 and the unit and grounds were quite nice. Would definitely recommend both!

Awful experience with Charleston WV agent Kinglsey representing Old Colony who contacted me via text, implied that I should pre-qualify or show proof of income before he/she could show a house. Very unpleasant agent
We had a great week at Sweet Tea. Very convenient to beach and pool was a bonus for kids. Very pleased with all the help we received. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.
The pool was kept clean, rental company staff was professional and friendly. Location of home was close to beach. The home was not kept clean, most of the furniture was broken alone with elevator. Air conditioning on second floor was not working properly. Due to the pandemic the world is focusing the cleanliness of the home did not met our family expectations.
We have used Old Colony for over 8 years, this year our mayor put a quarantine on us going to Myrtle. When we called about just moving our deposit to another day we were told no it’s not our fault your mayor is putting stimulations on your travel. We didn’t want to cancel just move the date. We were told then you should have gotten our insurance, funny thing is the insurance doesn’t even cover this so we would be out more money.
