Do not use these guys!! I would be very careful if you come across this brokerage. A deal that was selling adjacent to our own property caused us to have to interact with Kristen Barbour & during this time she completely misrepresented her sellers (I have proof I am happy to share), threatened us with no legal grounds to do so, attempted to over ride our legal right to discuss an agreement only we are able to discuss.
