Shaun went above and beyond to helping us get our first home back in 2021, and got us approved when other lenders could not. Fast forward to December 2025 and Shaun continues to go above and beyond in helping us to get approved for our second home. This company makes it happen and highly recommend Old Colonial Mortgage for anyone looking for a mortgage company when purchasing a new home! Couldn't be more grateful!
We started with Freddy at Old Colonial Mortgage and chose to go a different route to literally save .125% on our interest rate. This was the worst mistake I have ever made and am writing this review to admit to it. After being denied by the other lender and strung along for over a month, we came back to Freddy and he helped save the day. I HIGHLY recommend Kurt. He has been awesome with helping us get our loan and was so very helpful during the whole process. Answered any questions we may have had and was very quick with responding. Never had to meet with him, as he did everything with email which is great for someone who is always busy. If you need a loan officer.. he is the way go go!
