I went for a beer a year ago and the draft and bottles were flat. I came back and still the same Nasty beer. They need to either clean the lines or replace altogether! The food looks amazing, but I wouldn't know since the draft left such a bad experience.
Pizza was burnt, but didn't say anything because I saw how under staff y'all were... I ordered on my pizza EXTRA pepperoni, this was not extra. I will attach a picture. Mozzarella sticks were extremely skinny. Stuffy inside. Not 1 manager or assistant manager was around to greet the customers... Everyone looked so sad working there.
We came in about 40 minutes before close and still had a great experience. James C was an amazing bartender super attentive, friendly, and didn’t rush us at all even though it was late. He kept everything running smoothly and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The service alone will bring us back. If you’re at Old Chicago, definitely ask for James .
