Liv was amazing. She brought such a warm, bubbly energy that instantly elevated the entire atmosphere, even on a slower Wednesday night. Her attention to detail and genuine friendliness made the experience feel personal and memorable—not just another night out. She doesn’t just serve drinks, she creates an experience. If you’re going to Old Chicago, sit at the bar with Liv, she’s the reason to come back. Highly recommend.
I typically don't have to ever change my reviews. But in this case I felt that it was necessary. I frequently Old Chicago in Waco. This past visit was eye opening and I likey won't be going back until they can change how they do things. The wait was ridiculous. In all aspects! The first time service was a bit better. This time, almost non-existent. None of the servers were attentive. Nobody was paying attention to patrons who needed to be seated. Nobody was checking on the tables.
