We were passing through (from SC but drove to Colorado and now driving back) and tried this place… so glad we did, was delicious and service was great. George was our server and he was spot on, thanks George!
What an excellent addition to the Hays dining options! We had a lovely meal out on the pet-friendly patio tonight, alongside our little pup. We enjoyed the most delicious individual pizzas and really enjoyed the night. I wish we caught our server's name (he said he's been with Old Chicago for about 6 and a half years) as we had the most kind, considerate, and attentive service--he even brought our dog a water bowl. Thank you so much for such a nice dinner, we'll definitely be back the next time we pass through town!
Worst service i have seen in a long while. We were sat at our table for over an hour & half. We watched 5 tables that got sat after us receive and finish their food and leave before We even got our food.
I have been here twice. Food has been good everything I would expect. Service was ok on the first 2 visits nothing to brag about but ok. Third visit was with our dog. We planned on sitting outside and they do allow that. The problem was we sat there 15 minutes within plain view of the bartender. I went in to ask for drinks and I was told I needed to wait for my server. 5 minutes later we got up and left. There was only one other customer in the whole establishment.
