Ordered a French Dip and fries via Doordash. Order was delivered without fries, no lids on the sauces (Au Jus and Horseradish) so the sandwich was inedible for me (I cannot eat horseradish, and did not have the option to decline it while ordering). Ashley was our waitress and was very helpful and courteous. She even suggested a few things for my grands since she had kids. We enjoyed our night out with family and you all especially Ashley helped.
Honest Review from someone who would NEVER write a review! Worst service ever! They Lost....our order, we had an over two and 1/2 hour wait from beginning to end, Our visit was on a week night!!!! The Manager told us they LOST our order! Offered to pay for appetizer we had ordered an hour before that! Other than our very nice waitress we were extremely disappointed with our visit here. We have a good sized group (8-18people) that eat out together once a week. Old Chicago is a place we have chosen many times. After today, we probably won't return again!! Their whole sized salad has become what their half salad used to be.
