Custumer service there is trash, worst custumer service!
At this place, you don’t get any respect. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend it to anyone. We waited 15 minutes to be attended. There is no good management, and they are damaging the image of Old Chicago Pizza with their behavior.
Always amazing staff but Adam is the man. He was so attentive to not only our table but all those around us. Never missed a beat, all this while dealing with a large group that would literally come tap on his shoulder while he was helping other customers. A very impatient and rude group of people couldn't break his focus! He handled it so well! As always the food was great. Met Ryan(sorry if misspelled), the GM and shared this with her too! Thanks guys!
