I’d previously been to the old Chicago in Gillette Wyoming and it was FANTASTIC so when we got one in rapid we tried it soon after opening. The food was amazing but staff was mediocre. Other staff members were staring & snickering at my table as the other person I was with was legally blind; had a white cane, needed help with the menu, needed to be directed to the bathroom etc. But the food was good enough that we returned occasionally having a similar experience of good food & mediocre service. Best Old Chi Pizza I've ever had... I see now why they closed them all here in Omaha.. This place should be the face of Old Chi. Helluva Crew!!
