What's Not To Love? – I've been a "regular" at Old Chicago for quite sometime, and I've just got to say, as I've visited other Old Chicagos, the staff at this one has it down. The service is great. They are all attentive and like to make your experience personable. The food is awesome as there is a little bit of everything for everyone. And who doesn't love the World Beer Tour?!?! Old Chicago IS my place of choice for a cold refreshing beer and some good eats after a long day at work.
Second Home..??? lol – I moved to Olathe in June 2009. I only knew one person in the city and he introduced me to Old Chicago. Everyone there made me feel welcome. The staff is professional and friendly. I have met many new friends who go to Old Chicago for the same reasons I do.. good times, good food and great beer!!! :-)
Great Place! – Yes, this is a gat place, and I AM willing to take the time to elaborate. The food is good, well above average for a chain restaurant. The beer selection is pretty nice too. But the people at the Olathe location make this place what it is. Great bar staff, great floor staff, great management. None of the stuffiness of the corporatized establishments, where you get the same canned "greeting" every time. None of the "Whoopdeedoo, Golly We Sure Are Glad To See You <insert customer name here>!" fake enthusiasm you... read more
Great Place to eat and drink! – Old Chicago in Olathe has some of the best bartending staff I've encountered. They are fun and friendly and very quick... never have to wait for a drink.
Hearty pizzas, an extensive beer selection and sports on TVs make this a casual hangout for large groups. – In Short This neighborly pizza-and-subs restaurant is a sports lovers' haven, with its plasma TVs, numerous beer signs and Chicago sports team paraphernalia. But the casual, tavern-like vibe also draws groups of professionals, families and couples who sit in overstuffed booths to enjoy steaming deep dish. As the night goes on, younger crowds mingle while enjoying a selection of over 110 beers.
TERRIBLE – This is the worse restraunt I have been to in KC. The food, service, everything... Would not recomend and not willing to take the time to elaborate. Please NO NOT go, terrible.
