This was my first time visiting this shop. I brought my children in and was serviced by the barber with locs in the first chair. While he was personable and polite, his professionalism fell short when he walked outside with a customer or another tech mid-service, leaving my 8-year-old sitting alone in the chair, which was completely unacceptable. It was yesterday my first time in this barbershop where I brought my son to get his hair cut, but from the beginning when you enter they don't greet you and then when my son was sitting down to get his hair cut, another person approached and told the barber who was serving my son to be careful because we were Hispanic, that is racism and it is assumed that in a barbershop anyone can go and pay for a haircut.
