Great to deal with..Gave a great offer for our Vehicle..Money in account within minutes..Graeme the Tow Truck driver was great..he assessed vehicle, took some photos and gave us a great price. Highly recommend
Was not told anything about whether it was going to be assessed to see how much they think it’s worth. Which to them was $0 and I’ve always recorded $500 from other car scrap places. Was not told when he arrived. He was asleep in the truck and I didn’t know he was out the front until my dad got home and told me and when I came out I waved and nothing happened then I had to knock on the window to wake him up. So not a happy customer and will be going elsewhere for any more cars I need to get rid. Do not recommend
Would like to say that Graeme was the best person to deal with as a single mother he treated me with nothing but respect Graeme has the best customer service which you don't get much of these days so a big shout out to Graeme will definitely use you guys again 😀
