Among all the car removal companies I’ve came across to get rid of my car which was in an accident “Old car Removed” was the only place where I was not spoken to in a rush. Julienne heard my situation and responded with patience, kindness and dealt with it very fast. The truck driver who came to pick up my car driving 2.5 hours to pick up my car was also very professional and respectful. Highly recommended.
Spent the afternoon with graeme, amazing block, was polite and outlined some potential issues, Julian was amazing on the Phone polite and professional main reason why I went with this amazing team!
The man we spoke to on the phone was awesome. The pickup driver called before he arrived and arrived on time. That part of the transaction would get 5 stars. Then the interaction went icky. The pickup driver started asking us for money to tow/pickup the car. This hadn’t been discussed earlier and felt a bit ‘stand over-ish’.
