Avoid if you rely on a service dog. We were denied entry despite having a reservation. Staff appeared unfamiliar with ADA requirements, which led to a very disappointing experience.

We arrived for a birthday celebration with a reservation and were shocked by the way we were treated. The employee who attended us, Michael Jones, was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment we explained that we were accompanied by a service dog. He told us, in a disrespectful manner, to go eat somewhere else and stated that under no circumstances would he allow us to enter with the dog. I never expected to be denied entry to a restaurant because of a service dog. We had a reservation and were there to celebrate a birthday. This experience completely ruined our plans and left a very negative impression.

Denied entry despite having a reservation because we were accompanied by a service dog. This should never happen. Businesses need to understand and follow ADA requirements. Extremely disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. We had a reservation for seven people to celebrate a birthday, but we were denied entry because we had a service dog with us. Service dogs are protected under the ADA, and staff should be properly trained on these regulations. We left feeling embarrassed and frustrated.
