Quite disappointed tonight. Went to Old Burdick's in the Radisson on Saturday for lunch. Used my debit card. The total of my bill was $13.56 and I left a $4.00 tip. Some how my tip went up to $6.44 to make an even $20.00. I called and spoke to the manager who thought a hold had been put on my card that would be adjusted. He then checked and sure enough it was run for $20.00. They are taking the entire tip off now. The manager said this would be a "coaching" moment. I'm thinking it's a fraud moment myself. I have eaten and drank here countless times, but had the worst experience tonight when going to dinner with my boyfriend. It took over 20 minutes to get our appetizers, and when they did arrive, they were lukewarm, and the buffalo chicken dip was mainly grease. Our server did not check on us at all, and when our dinner was brought out, along with his short ribs was a pile of fat.
