My boyfriend and I came in for dinner tonight for date night...haven’t been to Burdicks in years so we wanted to give it a try! My pasta came out cold): We couldn’t even track down our server to say something but spotted a manager and mentioned it to him. The manager didn’t seem very empathic nor offered any accommodations. My food came back not that much warmer, and my boyfriend was already done with his meal. We weren’t offered any apologies, and it didn’t seem to be a very big deal to them at all.
