I ordered The Ariana desk in soft gray it is gorgeous and was packaged beautifully. The delivery team was extremely professional, and the item was just as pictured. The only issue I had was the drawer pools were silver instead of the advertised gold. I reached out and they immediately sent me 4 replacement gold pulls; customer service is excellent highly recommend this company.
Ordered a table online estimated delivery was 2 weeks. After 8 weeks they finally actually came to deliver the table, but it was the wrong table. I rejected the shipment and contacted the company, they said they would send a replacement asap with expedited shipping. After another week of waiting they finally told me they can’t deliver and gave me a refund. So I’ve been waiting for months and eventually ended up empty handed. I would stay away from this company.
Fantastic products and customer service! I am so happy I discovered Old Bones. Their products are super high quality and great design and their customer service is truly outstanding. It is my new go to place for anything I need for my new home.
Storefront in Costa Mesa seems to be closed, tried to call to confirm and no one picked up. Awnings visible in other reviews were taken down.
