Fantastic products and customer service! I am so happy I discovered Old Bones. Their products are super high quality and great design and their customer service is truly outstanding. It is my new go to place for anything I need for my new home.
Storefront in Costa Mesa seems to be closed, tried to call to confirm and no one picked up. Awnings visible in other reviews were taken down.
Love my recent purchase with Old Bones Co. They arrived pretty quickly and are great quality. They fit perfectly in the space and were the exact look I was going for.
I would be VERY cautious ordering from this company. I ordered online and NEVER received any confirmation/receipt that the order was placed. I received only one response ever from the company saying the item would ship in 3-5 business days, which I do not know when it shipped because I also NEVER received any shipping notice or tracking #. I ordered some dining chairs from here and was very sceptical after reading reviews from others that purchased online. To be honest, I probably would not have purchased from here had I read the reviews before purchasing; I even started collecting "evidence" in the event I needed to do a chargeback with my credit card company.
