Please avoid The Groomery!!! We asked for our older dog to be groomed after boarding her there. We were called and told our dog "tweaked her back" and was injured during the blow dry. We rushed over and spoke with the groomer and the owner who assured us that our dog was improving. And then they brought our dog out to us. She had no use of her hind legs! Really bad costumers service. When I make the appt and I told then what the need, they give me one price, but when I pick the dog they charged me a higher price. I'm very disappointed the way they treat peaple. I have to pay first, and then see the dog. Horrible.
