The property manager Lulu has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced when on the hunt for a new home. She does not follow fair housing guidelines, I had asked to put in an application and she refused to accept it and then accepted another application for the unit by the next day. I asked her to call me repeated times to discuss options and she ignored and refused my requests.
