I initially wrote a less favorable review due to two negative experiences with one doctor, because she was curt and unpleasant. However, I want to acknowledge that the reception staff and nurses have always been friendly and professional. After today’s visit with another doctor, he was very kind, professional, and helpful, I decided to update my review. One should not judge the entire clinic based on a single negative experience.
The reception staff and nurses are always very kind and helpful, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was again disappointing. She was cold and unfriendly, and I felt I wasn’t treated equally because my English isn’t perfect. Although a sick note was mentioned in the report, I didn’t receive one. I left the appointment in tears for the second time. I truly hope I can see a different doctor next time.
I saw Dr C madzima today wonderful dr, helpful insightful and courteous . The surgery staff are lovely too thank you Fira. Good service
Honestly couldn't ask for a better GP in this climate. Always there for me and my son. We are grateful. Thank you. Edit 2 years later: Still appreciate them, except the rude midwife Vera. Very stern, doesn't even ask how pregnancy is going..she does not aim to build rapport or therapeutic relationship, lazy to even fill a MAT B form only put one line and was quick to chuck me out of the office..horrible on the phone too..makes you scared to even express any help you need.
