We live in Dallas, Texas.. we came to Toronto to celebrate my husband Emin's birthday.. He is from Baku, Azerbaijan originally .. instead of taking him to a steakhouse... I googled Azerbaijani Restaurants....he long for his country's taste.. why not give him a special surprise for his birthday!.. we had the best time at this Azerbaijani Restaurant..we stayed more than 3 hours eating, enjoying music, and talking to native Azerbaijani's.. Food was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. Definitely recommend you checking this place out!
My friends and I have never tried Azerbaijan food. We went in with zero expectations, and when we walked out, it was with full stomachs and happy smiles! The place had a lovely ambience and decor. Our server was warm and patient, taking the time to go through popular menu items. When the food came, everything was absolutely delicious! The appetizer bread dips, the cheesy khachapuri adjaruli, roasted chicken tabaka, uzbek plov with lamb - it was all hearty, filled with flavor and rich. It was a great experience for us!
Great food and atmosphere I highly recommend if you enjoy great service and great staff.
