Sam does great work and is very conscientious about doing things properly without looking for shortcuts. He completely redid our bathroom-new tub/shower, toilet, flooring, ceilings lights and vent fan, vanity and faucet. In the kitchen he installed new LED ceiling lights and under the cabinet lights- what a huge improvement!! He readily offered ideas that improved the final product. He pays attention to minor details that others may not. When extra tasks had to happen he was more than fair with those charges.
Who ever was driving there white Chevy truck on 7/31 around 8am likes to break traffic laws. Speeds around me on a double yellow line in there company truck and got close to clipping my truck. Really unprofessional especially in a company vehicle.
Two doors and a basement window were installed. Work was very professional and excellent. Work area was kept neat and clean. Products he used was also excellent.

Sam was excellent and we are so happy with our basement. He was excellent in his work and attention to detail. He is trustworthy and kept us up to date on the project. I will use Sam in the future and highly recommend him for any of your future renovation projects!
