BEWARE of this outfit. I more or less got talked into buying this life insurance by a very likable, professional, (and smooth talking) young man. (My wife was present!) When I got to figuring how expensive it was and the fact that I really didn't need it, I tried to cancel it and cash it out. The policy was a drop in the bucket compared to what I already had in savings. They made it very difficult to cancel. I do not understand how this company has gotten so many Negative reviews. Whenever my Mommy died, they were very kind and professional. They also handled their end rather quickly and I was able to honor her like the Queen that she was to me! Her health was not perfect but something was better than nothing at all and I was grateful! A peace of mind during a difficult time is priceless! They were good to my Mommy and they came through at the end!
Waited 31 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Music on but no response.
Do not issue Life Insurance since my Aunt was permanently in a wheelchair.

Our agents will ask if the potential insured is bound to the wheelchair due to disease or disorder (not injury), and if they are able to perform acts of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, moving about) on their own. My wife passed away on June 9 and they are still trying to find a way to not honor their policy.
My mother in law passed away February 8th and my wife and i have only got the run around from this company. They dont want to pay a mere 5000 policy, say they are not sure how she died. She was 82 and died in a nursing home rehab and they have the death certificate that states natural causes. We have a pending lawsuit against them. Just want to make sure other people know how this company does business.
