Everything Was Great About This Restaurant Great Service,Best Coffee I've Probably Had At A Restaurant Yet Waiter Was Very Polite And PATIENT!! Defintley Recommend For Family's Looking For Somewhere To Eat
Recommendedtheir philly cheesesteak was pretty good but it could have used a little bit more meat, they gave an absolute ton of fries and it was pretty cheap. def worth the money you spend. the wait time did take quite a while though. took about 45 minutes for us to get our food after we ordered and there was only maybe two other tables. although one was a pretty decent sized group. the server was perfectly nice and the restaurant has a nice homey feel.
So we were seated by the owner we later find out. There were 7 of us total, 4 children. One of my visiting sisters were talking about the mask mandate and her feelings about it and the owner guy started lecturing us about it and was interrupting in our conversation. My comment after he left the table was that he wasn’t getting a very good tip from me. Nice try Karen! We politely asked you to wear a mask and provided one and then you made it a partisan issue claiming Biden would require masks nationwide. In response I cited scientific data that proves mask mandates reduce the transmission of Covid by 95% and you all told me to "shut up, stop talking." Horrible service and horrible management. Stood at the front for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. Been going here my entire life... not anymore. It will be faster to drive to the city and eat then it is to get service at old 56. And the food will be better

I don't mind vegan burgers. but you should make people aware that your burgers aren't beef. they're "beyond" burgers...
Best biscuits & gravy I’ve ever had. Great service too!
I eat here almost every day, has been voted best breakfast place for the last 5 years. The people who run the place always greet me warmly.
