It's rare to have a positive car-buying experience, but this one was. Dean was great - super flexible, knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond to accommodate our unusual situation. He was fair and reasonable, with no pressure or the negative aspects that usually come with car buying. I would highly recommend buying here if they have the car you are looking for. I rate this place one star because of the fact that communication was not there to begin with. He consistently told me he would get back with me on if I was approved for loans or not, but it would go on for days before I would get a response so I would follow up and it took threatening a one star review on Google before I got an actual response.
