This was the worst barber experience I’ve ever had. Very irresponsible. I don’t know his name, but one of the barbers messed up my haircut and didn’t even apologize.
I wish there was an option to just give comments with a zero rating. I am so surprised that one of the barber (probably a new one) did not know some of the most common beard styles to trim. So I had to show him the picture on my phone. I checked and confirmed if he is comfortable to make it which he responded positively and confidently. But within few minutes he messed up and over trimmed the beard. I was patiently allowing him to continue assuming he will do a better job. Poor service and communication. I booked appointments twice, and they canceled them without explaining the reason. If you are not available, why let people make appointments?
Started going here a few months ago love it. Very reasonably priced, great folks around the shop and Jordan cuts my hair just how I like it.
