Olbin met me with a quote to cut down & remove a huge pine tree (which was almost half of what another company quoted). He said they would be there the next Wednesday but it rained all day. I texted him Wednesday night to get a reschedule time, but the tree was gone by the time I got home Thursday afternoon. There was no damage to my yard and I am pleased with their friendliness. I highly recommend them!
Olbin and the company is not a Maryland licensed tree expert. They do not carry Tree Removal liability and workers compensation . They have not been professionally trained and do not follow the industry safety standard (all including climber wearing helmets, eye protection , climber using lifeline and helmet). If their is an accident on your property you will be liable. They ask for full payment before grinding stumps . Often they do not return for months to grind them , if they ever do. They're reliable,prompt,courteous,professional, honest,and friendly and the best is that they give you a fair price for service and do the work very well. They came and gave a free quote at the same day and provide an affordable price for tree services. They helped us to cut four tress and one huge branches within the same week. Our family like this service and we will recommend it.
I have not contracted with this company, however I was driving behind one of their cars tonight and it kept swerving off the road on both sides, into the grass repeatedly. They pulled over to let me pass and I hoped they would stop driving and call for a ride, but they kept going and driving recklessly after I passed.
