This is especially unfortunate because the hospital staff were compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about their patients. Save your mental health - avoid this place at all costs
Poor listening skills and patients are nothing but a dollar sign.
He is very unprofessional and license should be stripped. I will be contacting the licensing board due to professional and ethical concerns so no other patient has to go through what my daughter experienced.
