Appt at 8 am arrived 15 mins prior to appt. clinic open at 8:16 am. Nurse staffing were in the back, and were answering calls. I called and let them know we have been outside 20 mins and my mom had a stroke and needed to sit and there was no where to sit. She apologized and said the staff for front office was running behind. Completely unacceptable because I told them she needed to sit and still wouldn’t open the door. We traveled 45/50 mins in traffic and rain.
