Bad experience for me. I just relocated to Tennessee and call to have my file transfered to this office. The day of my appointment, my GPS got lost around the office location, I called the front desk for assistance and was told that I needed to be there 1/2 hour before. Appointment was for 2pm and I was around 10 minutes before 2pm. She told to get rescheduled. Well at that point they lost a new patient. Bad service, worst experience i have ever had from a Dr. Office.
I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment regarding the care I received from Dr. Olawumi Ayo Akatue on February 14, 2025. My interaction with Dr. Akatue was characterized by unprofessional conduct, including instances of verbal abuse and inappropriate comments regarding my physical appearance. Garbage
I've been seeing Dr. Akatue for close to 6 years and she has always been so personable and she keeps it so real. She doesn't sugar coat things when it comes to your health. She genuinely cares for you as not just a patient but a person. Her staff has changed a but but all remain just as wonderful. Dr. Akatue had helped me through so many tough times. I wouldn't wish to see any other primary care Dr. Highly recommend
I do not know understand why Dr's are more focus on Money rather than patient well being?
