I was initially hesitant to visit Olathe Lincoln due to some of the low reviews I had read, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance. My service representative, Brian, was outstanding. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a big shoutout to the car porter, who went above and beyond to ensure my car was cleaned, even though her shift was ending. I took my Lincoln MK X in for repair and told them I did not know what was wrong with my car other than it was missing out blah blah blah. I just paid $215 for them to tell me, they didn’t know what was wrong with my car and that they would have to delve into it, I am so disappointed in the service I have received from Olathe Lincoln . Ridiculous service and very unhappy.
