We got right in. They listened to us and evaluated the situation and did exactly what was needed, and we were out of there very quickly. All the staff was very friendly. It was a great experience
Doctors are fine but since KU took over they no longer have online check-in. Be sure and stand at the front desk even after you sign in, otherwise people will cut in line in front of you. Do not sit down until you’re fully checked in or you’ll he stuck there for an hour. I waited an extra hour while the person who cut in line got seen immediately
Would be GREAT to be able to receive URGENT care at 5:02pm on a Monday. Your doors say open until 6pm. Online says you take your last patient at 5:30pm. Why is my 3yr old toddler being turned away at 5:02pm with an empty waiting room?!?!? Saying you’ve “met capacity”. Excuse me?!? That’s absurd. Change your hours to reflect closing at 5pm then!!!!!
