Super frustrated. It says they’re a walk in clinic and open until 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:36pm. I was turned away because all appointments were taken. My understanding is that the appointments work in 15 minute increments. There were only two other cars in the parking lot and nobody in the waiting room which means they were back in the back being seen. There were two providers there. The support staff (nursing assistant) was unprofessional and blatantly lied to the provider because she determined on her own that I did not specific testing. She did not wear a mask, did not wash her hands, and was incredibly overconfident. I have never been impressed with the providers or the staff at this facility and would not suggest visiting this establishment unless you have absolutely no other option.

It's 4:30pm, Wed, Feb 1st the office is open til 6pm but calls are being forwarded to answering company that doesn't take calls for them. Great. So now what? I've had a few issues with this place for me It's time to change health care providers. They don't care for you
