I absolutely love my doctor and all the doctors at this location.
I wish I could give zero stars to this joke of a healthcare facility. They don't answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold that they never pick back up. They don't return messages, And they rarely have availability for walk-ins But yet the waiting room is mostly empty.
This is the perfect place to go if you think you have a concussion. I went there with a bad headache and they told me it was a concussion. Turns out it was brain cancer, but if I had a concussion, it would have been perfect.
Today's visit was a completely different experience that I've had in the past. Kudos to making organizational improvements. I was able to make an appointment for urgent care and you all were prompt and fast. Thank you! Everyone in the office is always nice. But they also seemed less harried today.
