My daughter ended up having a kidney infection. She cried for an hour while we waited on in-house lab results. I was getting agitated because she was in so much pain and it felt like a long wait. The staff comforted her the best they could. They wheeled her everywhere so she didn't have to walk and helped her out to the car. Very caring staff! BYOB. Bring your own blanket!
