Arbor Creek Urgent Care was the best experience I’ve had in a long time! They were able to get me in immediately treated me kindness and respect throughout the whole process . The best part was the Nurse Practitioner SARA! All I can say is wow haven’t had someone besides my general physician who Is CARRIE FELLOWS at Arbor Creek Family Care Who is at Arbor Creek center next-door. Thanks for nothing. I called, as did a friend about the camp/sport physicals. I asked if it was $40 for my 7 year old and was told yes. I wasted over an hour of my time driving to your office, waiting in the waiting room and then being taken back and prescreened for the nurse to come back and say oh sorry, there may be a problem they took $40 and she isn’t 4th grade so it’s actually $100. I typically go to a different branch but they were not accepting walk-ins so this was the next closest location. Very efficiently run, and EVERY SINGLE employee from the front desk receptionist, nurse, Dr and check out receptionist were so kind, helpful and considerate. I agreed with treatment plan and now I am rapidly improving. Thank you!!!

I've been here twice and had a really good experience both times! Front desk employees were nice and the wait times were pretty quick. Doctors spent several minutes addressing my questions/concerns.
