Since the merger with U of Kansas,care has been less and more expensive. Used to be able to call and see my doctor in a reasonable amount of time. Now,it impossible. Been seeing my doctor ever since he became a doctor years ago. Probably all about money and less about patients now days!

Now that KU bought them over, it has been horrible. How hard is it to hire people to schedule an appointment.. Normal people have jobs and can't sit by the phone to wait for you to call them back.. Why did you buy all these medical offices if you can't pay people to schedule appointments! Just horrible.. People lives does not matter to you.

To be honest i would like to know how he become a doctor( Rob Andrews) , specially for kids. Very rude to kids never try to play kids. Major thing he did , today he refused to see my 5 days old( new born) son because i didn't give hepp vaccine. Which i actually was asking him to get along with the check up. My wife didn't want to give the shot at the birth center because we thought it was too much for the kid and planned for this Dr to do it. He told us we are a threat for the other patients because my kid didn't get a shot ... read more

My wife goes here for her medical needs and she is disabled. I am forced to come to all of her appointments because there is never any handicap parking, ever. I sit out in the parking lot waiting for her watching seniors drive around looking for parking of which there is none. It seems that all the disabled employees take all the spots and leave the people who are paying their salaries to park even in an adjoining parking lot. It’s sad. I wouldn’t bring one of my pets to this place. You should be ashamed.
