Love Dr.Yates but she definitely needs to do better when it comes to prescription refills. It's still an on going issue. Every month I have to call her to write a prescription to get a refill! So far it's been 3 weeks now and my son has gone without his adderall. Every time I call and if the nurse feels like it, she will leave a nasty response to tell me not to call so much and they will handle it or it's been handled but yet......the pharmacy tells me they haven't even heard from the doctor yet. Since the merger with U of Kansas,care has been less and more expensive. Used to be able to call and see my doctor in a reasonable amount of time. Now,it impossible. Been seeing my doctor ever since he became a doctor years ago. Probably all about money and less about patients now days!
Now that KU bought them over, it has been horrible. How hard is it to hire people to schedule an appointment.. Normal people have jobs and can't sit by the phone to wait for you to call them back.. Why did you buy all these medical offices if you can't pay people to schedule appointments! Just horrible.. People lives does not matter to you.
