I've trying to reschedule my appointment for 3 weeks now and no one takes the phone calls or return the VM's. This has been a very frustrating process, I cannot even talk to someone to ask to transfer my medical history to another place. This is really not good.
Honestly I’m so disappointed in this office. I moved to the area 2 years ago and started seeing an assistant, Fike, to Dr.Andrews. I was never told that I had the condition I had, I was on meds I shouldn’t have been on. I let it go and saw Dr. Andrews finally along with my daughter. I was trying to call the office to be seen today. Options on voice options only say to contact PCP. What if we want to be seen there? Or have questions after our visit? There is no option to talk to scheduling or someone at the office. Had the same issues last month at college blvd with it constantly hung up on me.
I went to a appointment and the whole clinic has been ignoring use for at least 4 hours and I have been going here for at least 7 years now
I have been to this walk in clinic location with all three of my children at separate times and each time I was impressed. There are two parts to this office. One is a regular doctor’s office and the other part is a walk in clinic. Going to a walk in clinic my expectations are always low and I expect to wait.
