We wanted to rent an RV to learn about the experience, RV-test our 2 dogs, and to help us decide what to buy. We rented in January and we had plans to go south to Arkansas to warmer weather. We learned the day before the trip that the trailer we rented was winterized, and that it would cost $150 to undo that. So basically we paid full price for a trailer with no running water. Not cool. Other than not being able to wash hands, wash dishes, or use the bathroom ... the RV and related service was adequate.
Very poor tried several times to contact, NOBODY returned my calls interested in motorhome willing to pay cash, even used RV Traders to contact, no call back guess they don't need the business, old saying " what goes around comes around."

We drove off with our new RV from Olathe Ford RV. Yesterday. 5/21. We looked at so many trailers from Kansas City to Springfield, MO and did not find a any trailer we liked better than the one we selected from this dealer. The process was seamless and everyone who helped us or waited on us was spot on friendly and professional and made sure we were familiar with every inch of our trailer before we drove away. Our salesman was Bill Becker and he helped us and stayed in touch with us through every phase of the sale.
I am not sure what others experienced, but my experience was totally outstanding. While traveling across the country in our Winnebago we found that we had a problem with a cut wire on our retractable steps. We called Olathe Ford RV and talked with Chris Canary. Explained the problem and he told us to come on in. Chris was extremely helpful, including providing a great lunch suggestion.
