Staff is great
I have been a regular donor at this location for years, and I have never seen it run as well as it does now. I just completed my third whole blood donation since the new manager took over, and the difference is undeniable. Her leadership has transformed this donor center. The operation is smooth, efficient, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere is positive and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience at the Olathe blood center. This was my first time donating, so I was a bit apprehensive, however after my experience there, I would gladly go again. I was greeted by a bright smile at the front desk, and immediately felt more comfortable about what was to come. Once I filled out the required paperwork, my Phlebotomist, Frankie, came to start the blood donation process.
