Dr A, is great, however I need a quicker responses in my Connect portal. I had to call the Nostrand Ave office several times and leave additional messages through the portal concerning this matter, hopefully everything will be rectified.
Great experience with Dr Adekola, very pleasant, professional, even my mom doesn’t speak English, he tries his best to explain everything to my mom, he uses the interpreter, he always call either me or my sister to go over blood test results with us. I like to thank Dr Adekola my mom A1C now is going down. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
I had a good experience with the doctor. He seemed patient, listened to what I had to say, explained things well, and, overall, took his time with me. However, the service at the facility was very disappointing. I waited over a half hour past my appointment time and could not do my blood test because, apparently, the person responsible for drawing my blood had just left three minutes before I went in to see the doctor. Dr Adekola was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened and gathered information about her to determine what is important to her life and what impacts her health. We are so happy to find him as our primary care provider.
