Great help and customer service, i came in thinking i knew what i needed but the gentlemen working the counter were able to help me figure out what i actually needed.
I've worked at businesses in the area that have done a lot of business with Olander, and they always came through. Recently I needed a small quantity of something for a personal project, and only Olander had the part in stock, and the gentleman at the Will Call desk was able to get me what I needed and didn't send me away even though my need was below their normal minimum order. Awesome hardware selection, in stock, and great great service!
Had an unusual screw that needed replacement. My local hardware store didn't have it and suggested I go to Olander. Carl was at the counter at Olander and he quickly found the screw. He was efficient and very pleasant. Highly recommend.
