Don’t come here to pick load they people very lazy to your load & waiting like 6-7 hours more always ,
The loading process took almost 5 hours, which is far too long. They didn’t seem to have any issues with the trailer, even though it’s not new. However, the staff’s attitude was disappointing, especially the person in the office who appeared to be in charge. His behavior was arrogant and disrespectful, as if I owed him something. I had to stand there for 10 minutes, waiting for him to finish chatting with his colleagues before he finally bothered to take my information.
Drivers don't come here. I arrived at 10 am for my appointment at 12 and they still haven't given me the door. 00000000
