Just an all around bad experience... 1st time I waited over an hour for them to get started, only 1 person does acrylics and they don't make appointments. 2nd time going, they were just rude, so I left.
The service was great. I was seated as soon as I walked in. And Ally was amazing. Did my nails just like I wanted them. Oh LaLa has definitely gained a new loyal customer.
Very disappointed with the service I received. Jonny and his wife were kind, but Jonny’s brother was rude and unprofessional the entire time. He did not properly clean or cut my cuticles, had an attitude when I corrected the nail colors I originally chose, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I was respectful, but instead of handling the misunderstanding professionally, he became defensive and said he no longer felt comfortable servicing me. Customers should not be treated this way. I have been going to this nail place for over a year. I can say for the most part I have used just about everyone there. I just went a couple of days ago for a refill. The girl that did my nails did a great job. I will definitely be asking for her again.
The pedicure was terrible and the polish was awful. The worst part was the eyebrow waxing. They scalded my eyelids! And their solution was a gift card, no thank you! I don’t want you touching me again.
