Fantastic, incredibly informative
I had an amazing time at the workshop Love yourself women's health! It was not only informative but also incredibly fun and relaxed. The atmosphere made it easy to open up and share — I truly felt seen, heard, and supported. The conversations were honest and empowering, and to make it even more special + we received a lovely and fun gift. I’m so grateful I attended and would absolutely love to join again. Highly recommended!
Dr. Sarah Canyon along with her staff were so accommodating to my schedule along with being very professional from the beginning to the end. Prior to me going in I was absolutely afraid of getting shots and mentally thinking it would be painful. But Dr. Sarah Canyon was so personable and walked me through every step of the Botox process. The procedure was painless and the results are flawless. BIG MAHALOS to Olakino Center for Life Style Medicine. I am definitely / believer coming back.
I purchased the three month health program that includes medication management, one session with a dietician, and two sessions with Dr. Canyon and a Physical Therapist. The medical team works together to create a person centered whole health plan for sustainable health. After having two kids I had difficulty organizing, maintaining, and focusing on my health.
