Karina from the front office is great!! She is hands down one of the greatest nurses I have ever met. Makes sure to take care of all my needs. Very respectful and prompt. I never have to wait for results or appointments. The doctor is awesome as well. I’ve been in the hospital a few times and he has gone in to check up on me. Highly recommend this practice!!

Office staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They tell you that they will send pre authorization for infusions and still after 8 weeks of waiting, nothing is being done. I mentioned it to Dr Benson and he dismissed my concern in this regard. His office is going to ruin him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benson at Heritage Neurology for a few years now, and I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received. Dr. Benson is not only a skilled professional but also compassionate—I’ve felt genuinely cared for during every visit. This location is not accepting new patients. I waited two months for my initial appointment just to be told the day before my appointment that the doctor will not see me. If I wanted to set another appointment it would have to be in the west side and I would have to wait another three months at that location to be seen. Do not waste your time waiting to see if they want to see you.
