Again, every Monday these people just accumulate all the leaves to the front of my house and not to the street. This has been happening for years.
My neighbors leaf blower person blows all the leaves to my side and right in front of my house. They should be blowing them to the street so that the city sweeper can come collect them. I have to then clean this up every Monday when I should not have to.
Many of calls and promises and no show.
Every time they cut the grass at my neighbor's house they blow his property clean and blow it onto my property. SO ANNOYING!!!
