Don't bother. The RNs are great but you can't even reach anyone, ..like ever. Sometimes they even hang up on you. It's SO BAD. If you call very early you may get someone, but afternoon is a joke. They have some new chick who has a lot of attitude. Imagine calling your sons doctor and getting some annoyed woman with an accent! Like why are you annoyed at me and Ive been calling ALL DAY? How about start with "Sorry for your wait, can I help you" Don't come here, you'll just get mad and leave anyway

I have 3 children, all are patients and attended this clinic and their previous clinic on Godwin avenue. Since the new staff , the service declined. They do not answer the phones and when they do, they place you on hold and never return (clearly lack multitasking skills) . I recently had an appointment for my daughter on April 4th 2025 , they have a sign in sheet( I’m assuming for organization) a patient came in AFTER me maybe 2 to 5 mins after. If your looking for a doctor who's reception answers phones. THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. if you want to be called back by a doctor same day THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. If you want reception to tell you their SOOOO BUSY they can't pickup phones and you can't hold to speak to anyone. Then welcome to the clown show. Dr. Christian is great but you'll never get to him.
