Mr. Valentine was given a $800 retainer to process and serve my husband with divorce papers. He only served the divorce summons and submitted the summons without an affidavit. This process began in March. It is now September 2016 and he has not completed the process. When asked why was there no affidavit provided to the courts he unprofessionally exclaimed that, "YOU ARE JUST A STUPID WOMAN!" He felt that I had no right to ask the appropriate questions for services paid for.
