My Favorite – I have lunch at Okura REGULARLY. It is definitely my favorite Sushi spot. The rolls are creative, stunning in appearance, and filling. They do not skimp. I love the atmosphere as well, although it doesn't make for large group outings. They recently removed the grills, so that may very well change. For the record I've had sushi at Fuji, Neko, Musashi's, Shiki, and Kabuki as well (more than once). Okura is my preference (Fuji is a close second, plus is group friendly).

Can't Get Any Better Sushi than This ! – I have become a real fan of this place, I now go there at least twice, if not more per week at both lunch and dinner. While I agree that the service could be a little faster, especially at lunch time, you can not find any better Sushi than at this place. Everything is always fresh and prepared perfectly. Many of the house specialty rolls can not be found in any other restaurant across the country. Indeed as another reviewer noted the Baby Gecko may well be the best thing you could eve... read more

Amazing SUSHI, best in OKC - Service could be alittle faster – This is by far the best sushi in Oklahoma City. I have yet to have a roll that was bad. Personal favorites have to be the baby geco and the atlantis. The service leaves just alittle to be desired, its not bad just alwasy seemed to be under staffed unless you go on Friday. All in all Okura is the only places I will eat sushi in OKC.

Consistently the WORST service in town – I've eaten here three times and the service was horrendous all three times. On our third visit we arrived at 6pm, the restaurant was only about 25% full and it still took an hour and 15 minutes to get 3 rolls. A table that arrived 15 minutes after us got their food before we did. The cold sake (Zipang) I ordered was served at room temperature. When I told the waiter, he said it was supposed to be served that way. (Uh, NO, it's not!) I told the manager about the problems we'd had, but ... read more

Best Sushi in Town with the best service, what more can you ask for? – This is a really special restaurant for Okc. We have been there a few times now and it is by far our favorite sushi bar in town (we have tried them all). The service is wonderful. Everytime we go back the sushi chef remembers us and what we had before, then makes suggestions which are always right on the money. They have an Ahi Tower that is a must try. The only place we'd been able to find one of these before was in Dallas, so they've really done Okc a f... read more

Best Japanese food anywhere in OKC! – This was such a good experience. Better than Sushi Neko like the reviews I had read. Okura has such a truly Japanese menu. They even have Binto Box dinners. They also have hibachi tables for anyone who doesn't like Sushi. They also have so many different salad dinners. The Sushi was the best we have had and the service was GREAT. It has a nice atmosphere and everything was very clean. At Sushi Neko I got half a glass of plum wine but I got a whole glass of plum wine at Okura for the same... read more
