Every hospital has it complaint. OCH is number 1 in my book. Try going to the Emergency room in Memphis, Tn. You wait all day sometimes into the night before you are triage. After you wait several hours before you are call back. Them there is more wait before you actually see a Doctor. Give me OCH anyday.
