If you are financially able to see any other provider, please do so and avoid Oktibbeha Co. Health dept. at all costs. They have a severe problem with overbooking. I've had appointments at a certain time only to show up to an overcrowded waiting room with several people having the same appointment time. The desk staff is often rude and short as if you're bothering them, both in person and on the phone. Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Was this staff friendly? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
